Description

TITLE/ARTIST: This 7" Compact 33, 6 song EP by The Chipmunks (David Seville) is their version of those listed Beatles' classics on the Liberty Records label (see pics above). The six (6) song EP - actually a compact 33 - is entitled, "The Chipmunks Sing The Beatles Hits" - and is a slightly abbreviated version of the LP they released at the same time. This piece appears to me to be a "juke box only" copy of the record as the backside of the picture sleeve is "blank" - which was how they distributed these type of records back then - specially made for juke boxes in diners and bars. But, I'll just let all you Beatles' fans - or Chipmunks fans - out there tell me more about what this particular EP is all about and it's value. I can assure you all that the overall condition appears to be super good and close to perfect in many ways. Please check out other 45's/33's/LPs/EP's I have listed in my Ebay auctions as well, as there are many more to come yet - thank you! Also, feel free to write me if you need more info than I have listed here. LABEL/VINYL INFO: The vinyl shows no serious problems, although there are a few super light (and I do mean super light) surface/paper lines - but nothing too serious, believe me. Otherwise, I would say it is almost as clean and nice as the day it was first purchased. PICTURE SLEEVE: The regular cardboard picture sleeve jacket is in great condition - nearly perfect in fact, although remember that the backside is plain white and "blank" (again, see pictures above). INTERESTING FACTS: The most interesting fact here is what exactly this unusual piece means to the a Beatles or early R'n'R collector, so please enlighten me if you can - thank you! As always, I have not listed it with any reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! In addition, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!!  If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $4.00 (1st Class Mail and Delivery Confirmation) for the first 45 purchased, and then just $.50 per 45 after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $15.00 for the 1st 45 and then just $3.00 per 45 after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records  that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come! browser does not support JavaScript.

I have waited too long to revise this record in my regular item description above, but it's worth noting that the record does play at 331/3 RPMs. Thank you!
