The TWO ORIGINAL First Issue MONO Vinyl LPs are on the traditional DARK GREEN Apple label, all bearing ‘Sold in UK Subject to resale.…’ and ‘Mfd in UK’ label text. All four record labels are WITHOUT the wording ‘An E.M.I. Recording’.

Matrix/Stamper information:

Disc 1, Side 1 matrix XEX 709-1 & Side 2: XEX 710-1.
Disc 2, Side 3 matrix: XEX 711-1 & Side 4: XEX 712-1.

Disc 1, Side 1 stampers: 1/HR & Side 2: 3/HH.
Disc 2, Side 3 stampers: 2/RL & Side 4: 4/TO.

The TWO Vinyl LPs come in their ORIGINAL Matt Black Die Cut Inner Bags.

….And are housed in a STUNNING, ORIGINAL, FULLY LAMINATED, FIRST ISSUE, TOP OPENING, Garrod and Lofthouse GATEFOLD Sleeve, bearing the LOW NUMBER of just 0007192, clearly printed to the lower portion of the front of the sleeve. The wording ‘The BEATLES’ is embossed a little way up above the number. The sleeve opens out to reveal black and white portraits of each of The Beatles together with the track listing.

There are Four ORIGINAL Full Colour GLOSSY PHOTOGRAPHS – one of each Beatle, PLUS an ORIGINAL White Protective Photo Spacer.

And an ORIGINAL Large Format, Double Sided, Lyric POSTER printed by Garrod and Lofthouse.

Audio Quality:

BOTH BARELY PLAYED discs play BEAUTIFULLY through ALL the tracks, with NO background crackle, skips, clicks or distortion, producing a VERY POWERFUL MONO sound.

Condition:

The Original LOW NUMBERED sleeve is a SUPERB, CLEAN, WHITE example in excellent plus condition, and without question the BEST condition Low Numbered MONO White album sleeve that we have offered. The Printed number – 0007192 - is EXTREMELY CLEAR and SHARP. The sleeve still retains its WHITENESS to the front, reverse and inner gatefold. It is EXTREMELY GLOSSY, STRONG and FIRM, with only minimal record indentation. All edges are FIRM, FLAT and UNDAMAGED, including BOTH TOP opening edges where the records are inserted.. There are a couple of very mild bumps to the two front corners – nothing serious - and a couple of manufacturing laminate pinches. There is NO laminate flaking to the Spine Edge (very unusual) and the printed wording ‘The Beatles, Stereo PCS 7067-8, Mono PMC 7067-8‘ clearly readable. The inner gatefold part of the sleeve too is in IMMACULATE condition, NO fading to the images of The Beatles nor the tracklisting and the two inner gatefold flipbacks are UNDAMAGED. The back panel of the sleeve is STRONG and WHITE, with only the mildest record indentation. – In our Professional Opinion this is a STUNNING example of an early MONO sleeve and would not fail to impress any collector.

ALL Four Record labels are in STUNNING near mint condition, BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN, BARELY WORN record labels. showing hardly any signs of play around the centre spindle holes.

Without hesitation, BOTH Mono Vinyl Discs are in PRISTINE near mint condition, LOVELY GLOSSY, BARELY PLAYED Vinyl with just a couple of very faint inaudiable surface hairlines, caused by the records being inserted in and out of the black inner bags a couple of times.

The four Original GLOSSY colour Photographs are all in GORGEOUS near mint condition. The protective White Paper photo spacer is excellent.

The Original factory folded Lyric Poster is in SUPERB near mint condition, NO seam splits or tearing to any of the folds and NO handwriting or other damage and we doubt very much whether its been looked at more than once or twice – STUNNING!

BOTH Original Matt Black Die Cut Inner Bags show some inevitable light creasing, one has a 4" seam split, but NO tearing to the die cut centres, and in overall very RESPECTABLE condition.
