Here it is folks, the super rare Beatles' US 1963 Vee Jay 498 Please Please Me b/w Ask Me Why White Label PROMO 45 released in February 1963!!! All ORIGINAL here and in a condition I believe to be one of the best seen on ebay in while..."Disc Jockey Advance Sample" and "Not For Sale" clearly printed on the labels...Spizer VJ 498.DJ1....This is the Owosso Michigan pressing with the "ARP" American Record Pressing Company initials machine stamped in the trail off areas of the disc....See photos...Also has "Audio Matrix" machine stamped in the trail off areas with hand etched 63-2967 on the PPM side...check out the snow white labels with only two black dots on the AMW side as indicated in the photos...record plays through great on both sides and the vinyl retains it's glossiness....really a top notch copy....the vinyl has been played and does have very minor scratches and scuffs on each side which are very difficult to see in the photos, but they do not affect play....comes with original Vee Jay dust cover sleeve in excellent condition with only some hand written numbers in upper right corner in the red border.....Who ever gets this gets a keeper!!!! Perry Cox in his 6th Edition Book "Price Guide For the Beatles American Records (2007) arguably rates this as a Top 10 most valuable /collectible record pg 6....3 day auction...Highest bid over $800 WINS!!!!
