Southern Comfort, Southern Comfort, Orig UK Harvest Label G/fld LP EX/EX+ 1st P!
Original UK Harvest stereo press LP, with the earliest 1-G stampers on each side, one of the first five hundred copies pressed!
The Garrod & Lofthouse textured gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light storage wear on the outer cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the Harvest company inner is intact and in EX condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two faint sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of only one or two spindle markings. The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, crackle or hiss and definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some very brief background noise during the run in grooves, still a really great, loud and punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; SHVL-799, A-1U, Stamper 1-G, B-1U stamper 1-G. This is one of the very earliest copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1971 UK stereo issue of this album!!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Finland, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to weight restrictions.
