Decca Records stereo three disc boxed set SXL 2160-1-2, first grooved wideband label discs all have "Original Recording By..." at upper left.  Pressed in England.  Stampers are 2G on all six sides.  Tchaikovsky, The Sleeping Beauty", complete ballet, with Ernest Ansermet and l'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande.  See pics for program details.
