Regarding grading - I am not a professional grader (please see photos) but I am using EBAY grading and my personal observation for this record. To me it looks to be in EX/NM overall condition.   I have not played it so I cannot tell you about the sound quality but I see no visible scratches or scuffs.

Record NM condition as I see no scuffs or scratches - looks extremely clean.
Cover is in Excellent condition - slight bangs on corners but no splits.
Label is in really good condition with very slight wear around the ring/hole area
Sleeve is also in good condition with small split and normal age discoloration

I will be posting more of her collection so keep an eye out if you are a collector of jazz and blues.  Collection will include 33's, 45's, 78's - 10", vinyl, MICROGROOVE.  Some real good ones-Promos and 6 eye's!
