Delegation

Profile:- British soul vocal group.  Formed in Birmingham in 1976 
Active between 1976 - 1983. 
earlier Group is : Ricky Bailey, Ray Patterson, Len Coley. 
In 1979 Len was replaced by Bruce Dunbar, later they added Texas born vocalist Kathy Bryant, with whom they delivered "It's Your Turn" in 1983.
Around which time Ricky and Ray Wrote "Stand Up Reach For The Sky" for Revelation, in 1982.    Later re-emerged but with no big success.
Produced and led throughout their career by brit producer/songwriter Ken Gold, who mastermind the Real Thing.
  They had some great hit singles like "Where Is The Love (We Used To Know)", "Oh Honey", "Put A Little Love On Me", "You And I" and "Heartache No. 9".    The band still occasionally perform their old hits at gigs around Europe led by Rick Bailey and several former band members, most recently appearing in a sold out gig at an intimate venue in Paris in October 2018.

Grading

  • Mint - I will not grade Mint unless I am absolutely sure it has not been played
  • Mint Minus [N.M.] - Label and Vinyl looks perfect and plays perfect
  • Excellent - Vinyl has virtually no blemishes. Plays Perfect. Label may have a sticker.
  • VG plus - Has the odd superficial mark but plays without any surface noise or skips or crackles. Very close to Excellent. May have sticker
  • VG - Same as above but may have more marks. But still plays without skips or surface noise.
  • GOOD   more noticeable marks than a VG+ but has no skips or jumps. May have SLIGHT surface noise
