Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS 767 LEXINGTON AVE nyc" Flat Edge. No ® under E in NOTE. Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" hand etched on both sides. "ear" mark on both sides.
Format: "33 ? microgroove LONG PLAYING" MONO

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: 2" top 8" bottom seam split, light edge & corner & spine wear, writing on top right of back, stain on bottom left of back, some scuffs.
