On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Small Faces called 'Odgens Nut Gone Flake' and is a MONO UK 1968 1st pressing!!!! THIS IS SERIOUSLY RARE!!!!  THIS IS THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST MONO PRESSING OF THIS LP ON THE LILAC/GREY IMMEDIATE LABEL, WITH ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS PLASTIC INNER, AND THE 1ST PRESS GARROD & LOFTHOUSE COVER!!!! HOWEVER WHAT IS REALLY SPECIAL ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR MONO 1ST PRESSING IS THAT IT IS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS WITH A DIFFERENT (AND EARLIEST) 1ST PRESS COVER!!!!  IF YOU TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT MY COMPARISON PICTURE BELOW YOU WILL SEE A CLOSE UP PICTURE OF THE BACK BOTTOM OF 2 COVERS.  AT THE TOP IS A CLOSE UP OF A STANDARD 1ST PRESS COVER YOU USUALLY FIND - AND AT THE BOTTOM IS THIS MEGA RARE EARLIEST 1ST PRESS COVER!!!!  AND AS YOU CAN SEE - THERE IS A VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE IN THE TWO COVERS!!!!  MOST STANDARD 1ST PRESSINGS (SEE PICTURES) HAVE BOTH A 'UK PATENT APPLICATION NO.' AND A 'DESIGN APPLICATION NO.'.  THIS IS ALSO TRUE OF ALL RE-PRESSINGS AND 1970s RE-ISSUES THAT FOLLOWED.  HOWEVER (AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES) THIS MEGA RARE EARLIEST POSSIBLE 1ST PRESSING COVER HAS ONLY A 'UK PATENTS APPLICATION NUMBER' AND NO 'DESIGN APPLICATION NUMBER'!!!!  AND THIS OF COURSE SHOWS THAT THIS WAS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST COVERS (PROBABLY PRESSED BEFORE THE RELEASE DATE) PRESSED BEFORE THE DESIGN APPLICATION WAS EVEN APPLIED FOR!!!! THIS SHOWS THAT THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESS COVER AND IS SERIOUSLY RARE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE 1ST PRESS RECORD IS PRESSED ON THE VERY EARLIEST LILAC/GREY IMMEDIATE LABEL - AND WHAT SHOWS THE RECORD TO BE A REALLY EARLY 1ST PRESSING IS THE 1/H 1/H MOTHER & STAMPERS (MEGA EARLY), AND ALSO THERE IS A TAX CODE EMBOSSED ON THE CENTRE OF THE LABEL (ONLY THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS HAVE THIS - MOST DO NOT)!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP ALSO HAS ITS ORIGINAL 'PLASTIC' INNER SLEEVE!!!!  THIS IS A SERIOUSLY RARE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST MONO PRESSINGS OF THIS LEGENDARY LP FROM 1968!!!!   DONT MISS THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is an ORIGINAL Immediate UK 1st MONO pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition (especially the MEGA RARE 1st Press Cover)!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is IMLP 012 on the Lilac/Grey 1st Press Immediate label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1968 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Small Faces at their best!!!! Any fan of Small Faces, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only few light hairlines (NON sounding), and only some general light scuffing visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays well with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO distortion, NO groovewear, and NO nasty loud crackle!!!! There is also a slight low level background crackle/sound only noticeable on the gaps, run on grooves etc (NOT in the music).  Both sides play REALLY well with CRYSTAL CLEAR undistorted music!!!! The record must visually grade Very Good if not better (STRICTLY and PROPERLY graded - NOT trashed), and the playing grade is probably slightly better still!!!!  Believe me - this not a 'trashed' VG record - it is ACCURATELY and CORRECTLY graded!!!! It stills plays well and still retains a VERY nice shine!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also has its ORIGINAL plastic inner sleeve!!!! The STUNNINGLY designed Garrod & Lofthouse MEGA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, all the circles are perfectly joined (NO splits), barely ANY creases (beautiful flat cover), NO rubbing and NO writing!!!! There is also NO Grubbyness and NO yellowing!!!! The cover MUST grade Excellent (Minus) if not FULL Excellent - and this is one of the better examples of this RARE cover (most are found totally trashed) I have seen!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST MONO PRESSINGS OF THIS MEGA RARE RECORD AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!!  DONT MISS THIS RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
