"Shang A Doo Lang"
Composers: Jagger / Richards Pub: Essex / Andes - circa late 1963 acetate - 7" shellac on aluminium 45rpm - as per the photographs [actual item] - unreleased Rolling Stones song, as it was written for Adrienne Posta as you all know - the lead vocal on the track is that of Mick Jagger - this acetate has been recycled, as the b.side [unlabelled] contains a track by a male singer who I cannot recognise singing a verse "Won't ya come on down to me" with heavy harmonica backing - comes in generic plain white sleeve provenance - straight from Ted Carroll's collection CONDITION - a.side GOOD the shellac has crazed a little, plays well with crackle & surface noise - b.side POOR has been deliberately scored NOTE - please do not ask for a 'Buy It Now' price or to record the track, it will be auctioned only P&P - will post worldwide QUESTIONS?- just ask!
