Description
Original 1965 John Lee Hooker LP
Serve You Right To Suffer (Stereo)
Impulse Records A9103 with original Gatefold sleeve.
Contains the massive Mod floor filler "Money" Hooker's 1965 electric cover of the Barrett Strong classic.
Sleeve is in reasonably good condition, there is a small drill hole (?), one side has been sellotaped at some point many years ago (you would struggle to notice) and there is pronounced ring wear but there are no tears and no writing. the gatefold opens and is in much better condition, retaining its original white colour.
The vinyl is in VG++ condition. There are a few very fine hairline marks but there is still a nice sheen and more importantly there is no background noise and absolutely no skips or jumps.
