Description
Here is a beautiful copy of the ultra-rare LP by Sainte Anthony's Fyre on the Zonk label, SP-001.
This is an original first pressing, not a reissue or bootleg. Markings in the dead wax are "NISE A-59 ST. ANT. A F/W" on side 1, and "NISE B-60 F/W" on side 2. Both sides have "TVC" marked as well. Someone's initials?
The record has only a few light scuffs, scratches and other marks, it has clearly seen very little use. The labels are nice, no writing or tears, but there is some wrinkling in the black areas on side 2 (there from when it was pressed). The spindle hole is very tight, so you might want to open it up a bit. There are no spindle marks.
The record plays through without problems. There is some crackle in the lead in/lead out grooves, and between cuts. There are a few random pops. There is a very slight storage warp that does not affect play.
The cover has minor ring wear most visible on the front at the bottom. There are no tears, writing, stickers, cutout holes, splits, or corner bruises. It has some slight musty odor inside from years of storage in a basement. The original inner sleeve was a plain white sleeve and is not included, replaced with a Japanese-made Discwasher V.R.P. sleeve.
This will be shipped in a Bags Unlimited "Mighty Music Mailer" which gives superior protection against corner damage from mishandling during shipment.
