Artist: Ethel Ennis 

Notes: Signed and dedicated to former Maryland governor Marvin Mandel

           Rare and very hard LP to find in any condition.

Historical Significance: Miss Ennis' signature is dated 5/17/81 with album desicated to Marven Mandel. Mandel was the 56th Governor of Maryland in the United States from January 7, 1969, to January 17, 1979.  Significant note to Mandel's governorship was his conviction for mail fraud and racketeering. Mandel served nineteen months in federal prison camp  before having his sentence commuted by President Ronald Reagan. The Maryland Inn, where the album was recorded live, is located in Annapolis walking distance from the state capitol.
