Brian May stated on his own website in early 2007 in response to a letter asking why he requested the withdrawal of this sleeve that in fact he didn't request the sleeve be withdrawn - he actually preferred it but the record company felt that the sleeve was misleading and that the public would believe the song to be a live recording so the sleeve was withdrawn at the request of EMI.
