Cover: Tape along top and bottom edges, some folding and creasing that can be seen in the photo, rip at the bottom of the front cover that has tape over it, can be see in the photos, look at the photos for anything else.

Record: Good ( Noticeable scratches on both sides, doesn't skip, plays good)
Sleeve: VG ( Some discoloration from age )
