DUE TO A REQUEST I HAVE TAKEN SOME MORE PHOTOS - THESE SHOW THE M-502 IN THE RUN-OUT GROOVES. GOOD LUCK WITH BIDDING!

Grosser Saal Musikhalle, Hamburg, West Germany February 25, 1971
Considered by some as the holy grail of Pink Floyd recordings of indeterminate origin, this is what qualityboots.blogspot.com said of M-502: "M-502 is the matrix number of the original 2-LP vinyl set that was made in Europe sometime in the (late?) '70s. Although there are many different versions of this show, all of them are sourced from a M-502 vinyl copy. Some sound better than others, none of them sound anything like this. This 2-CDR set comes from a mint condition original LP, and has been beautifully remastered by the Digital Floyd Archives. Not only is this one of the best sounding recordings (especially of this era), this is one of the best vinyl remastering jobs I have ever heard."(http://www.bigozine2.com/archive/ARrarities08/ARpfm502.html)

I bought this in Birmingham about 22 years ago and was intrigued by the handmade sleeve and labels as well as the fact I'd never seen it before. I didn't realise how unbelievably rare it was until I started researching it on the internet. I am reluctantly selling my treasured vinyl collection due to family and space reasons and would very much like to see this go to a good home.
The records are in great condition, apart from a large scratch on Side 3 which may affect the sound quality and a few surface marks. Nevertheless, I appreciate just how sought-after this album is, regardless of condition. For example, the quote below is from http://mindbendingkibbyk.blogspot.com/2009/09/pink-floyd-m-502.html
This Vinyl Fetches Large Sums Of Money And Is Very Hard to find. There Are many Vinyl Versions Of MUSIK HALLE, All Are 5 star Rarity Ratings.
The records have the legendary M-502 scratched into the run-off grooves. Regrettably it does not have the original, risque cover and erroneously states that the concert is Live In England 1971, perhaps mistaken for the Peel Session concert that same year? I will send in a cardboard LP packet with extra padding inside.
I am more than happy to answer any questions you have about this wonderful and hugely valuable album. Good luck with bidding!
