Supraphon DV 6221 , made in Czechoslovakia 1966, with original insert 12 pages , INFO AND DRAWINGS , ELECTRONIC MUSIC Condition of the vinyl : NM , few soft ticks on the needle port , shiny Condition of the cover: VG+, no side cut , minimal wear ,no splits , residue from liquid right edge back cover
