PHILL MOST CHILL "That Girl" / "On Tempo Jack" / "Out To Kill" 12" single on In Effect Records, 1988. Tiny indy pressing out of Philly, only 300 to 500 copies pressed and far less ever released into circulation (many originals were destroyed). One of the rarest and most sought after rap records from the late 80's "classic era" of hip hop. This is 100% ORIGINAL, not the reissue (which does not have the song "Out To Kill"). As I hoped would happen, I found a few more copies while moving my record boxes down to my new basement set up. So here is your chance to get a real rarity. I sold a couple of these recently in Japan for $750 each. Vinyl is strong VG++.
