This is an auction for an original super rare 1970 promo soul/funk 45:  SOUL PERSUASION - PLAY IT COOL / HEY WORLD (Records Lounge). 

Record is very glossy with only a couple of light marks that cannot be felt - plays and sounds great with only a light background crackle during quieter parts at beginning of both sides that does not overpower or distract from music.
