Description

Offered is the hard to find Winter Winds, by the P.E. Hewitt Jazz Ensemble.  This is the original release of 1975 (not the 2013 reissue) and is autographed on the front cover by Phil Hewitt.  Also included is the original insert (please see photos). 

Some internet reviewers say that there were only 100 pressings made.  Here is one of those, in superb, Near Mint, investment grade condition:

THE VINYL -  NM : This beautiful record is lightly played with minimal evidence of spindlewear (please see close up photos of the labels).  Both sides of the LP surface retain all of their original gloss. 
 
Other than some light cosmetic sleevewear from the original paper inner sleeve, there are no marks on either side.
 
Bright, clear White and Black labels.  Note that the Side 2 label is showing some wrinkling (please see photos #8 & 9 in our gallery).  Most of the original issues of Winter Winds show this - it is likely from the glue used to affix the label in the pressing process. 
                                                     
The record shows exceptional care and handling, and the stereo playback is clean and impressive.





THE COVER -   EX+ :  Please see photos / laminated / well-stored with some minor scuffing / sharp corners / no edgewear / all of the seams, including the spine, are intact / other than the autograph, there is no writing, paper loss, paper tears, dirt, or stains.
     


We have placed both the cover and the LP into separate, protective plastic sleeves.
