This auction sale is for a superb collection of five, Miles Davis vinyl album LPs.
I have owned the albums from new and are part of my personal collection of this fantastic and influential Jazz Musician.
I have graded the Vinyl quality of this particular set of Miles Davis albums.
However, I will add that each LP has only been played a limited number of times from new (a maximum of 10-15) and will play/run through fine.
Subsequently, you will find that each LP has has a good shine and are clean. Then stored and supplied to you in addition with a new inner sleeve.
All album covers do show signs of normal wear, with scuffing to corners and edges.
SOMEDAY MY PRINCE WILL COME
1) Fontana - UK - 1961 - Stereo - STFL.587 - 885 153 TY - 1Y & 2Y.
Some light surface marks to side 1, small scuff to side 2. Both labels clean, some marking around spindle hole. Grade : Very Good.
Laminated cover, original inner sleeve, slight corner scuffs, no bubbling to laminate, spine and lettering all very good. Top edge has a split (6cm). Original inner sleeve. Grade : Very Good.
BIG FUN
2) CBS - UK - 1974 - Stereo - 88024 - S 80061 - A1 & B1. S 80062 A1 & B2.
Double Vinyl LP Album - Record 1 and 2 - Both sides clean, both sides have some label wear and rub to outer edge of labels. Grade : Very Good.
Gatefold cover has some corner and edging wear. Spine and lettering all very good. Original inner sleeve. Grade : Very Good.
FILLES DE KILIMANJARO
3) CBS - FRANCE - 1969 - Stereo - S 63551 - A & B.
Both sides clean. Both labels clean, no markings around centre spindle hole. Grade : Very Good +.
Laminate cover with no bubbling or spine wear. Has some bottom corner scuffs and bottom edging slight wear. No original inner sleeve. Small price sticker to back. Grade : Very Good +.
MILES DAVIS + JOHN COLTRANE PLAY RICHARD RODGERS
4) FONTANA - UK - 1963 - 688 204 ZL - 1L & 2L.
Some light surface scratches to both sides. Labels are clean. Some spider lines to centre holes. Grade : Very Good -.
Laminate cover with no bubbling or spine wear. Has some bottom corner scuffs and top edging slight wear. Grade : Very Good +.
IN A SILENT WAY
5) CBS - UK - 1969 - Stereo S 63630 - A2 & B1. RP yellow and orange label.
Both sides clean. No visible surface marks. Labels are clean. Spindle hole area clean. Grade : Very Good +.
Some crease marks to cover. Has some corner scuffs. Original inner sleeve. Price sticker to front Grade : Very Good -.
I am now thinning my vinyl collection, as I no longer have my high quality pick-up arm and stylus, in that others can appreciate this set. I am sure you will enjoy.
These five Miles Davis albums will be packaged carefully between cardboard and put in a new cardboard mailing box (pizza type) including bubble wrap. I will dispatch quickly, normally within 1 working day.
