Description
Unheard of find: Miles Davis Kind of Blue 1959 first pressing mono copy UNPLAYED, the Columbia plastic inner sleeve is still sealed. Columbia Black on Red 6 eye logo is there, as seen in the photos. Found with a whole batch of late 50's jazz LP's at a swap meet, all are pristine copies, but this was unbelievable.
Display quality vinyl and cover (incredibly modest corner wear at bottom, no writing, seams all intact, cover glossy)
Miles Davis Kind of Blue Columbia 1355 (x"Lp" 47325)
Misprinted front cover, with 'Julian "Cannonball" Adderly' (later copies corrected to "Adderley")
Side 2 of the record also lists All Blues followed by Flamenco Sketches, which was later corrected.
The seminal modern jazz album featuring Julian "Cannonball" Adderley, Paul Chambers, James Cobb (Jimmy Cobb), John Coltrane, Bill Evans, Wynton Kelly.
Songs:
So What
Freddie Freeloader
Blue in Green
