Miles Davis Quintet Cookin' With Prestige 7094 Hybrid Bergenfield/NYC mono

A Side label is Bergenfield but B Side label is 446 W. 50th St. NYC Label both sides is deep groove with "RVG" in the runout. No address on back cover.
Record is VG++
Looks and plays beautifully and quietly near M-. Bright and glossy vinyl does not show wear, graying or spread grooves. No scratches or marks. Some very light scuffing. A very clean and nice copy.
Cover is VG++
Front cover still bright and glossy. Back cover has small pencil writing of prices and some stain spots. Spine is bright and undamaged except for light wear at corners. Seams all nice and tight. A very nice cover.
