However, buyers may still request that Registered Mail not be added, but buyers will have to contact seller first, and state in writing in an email that they request to have an item be sent with no Registered Mail, and any such emails stating that Registered Mail was not requested by the buyer will be saved by seller.

Mail insurance may also be requested and paid for by the buyer, but also note that the US Post Office does not allow for both Registered Mail and Insurance to be requested for a single item. Buyer has to chose between either Registered Mail or Insurance.
