MIRROR 45 - FIRE (IN MY LIFE) \SECRET CONVENTION

Original Italian pressing on CiPiTi Label (CPT-NP-1031), from 1974. Very obscure Anglo Italo single recorded at the famous Abbey Road studios in London but, like a few other important recordings (eg. Mark Fry / Richard Coley / Mack Porter etc), only ever released in Italy. The amazing FIRE "IN MY LIFE" is a pounding funk rock theme with female vocals / sleazy drums / aggressive fuzz / rocky wah wah / obsessive fender bassline and prog hammond breaks. Great for DJs with in-your-face glam sound. Angry breakbeat loops on the intro and throughout for the B-boys and hip hop producers too
