Beautiful original copy of Gemelli GG 10024, Bruno Nicolai's boggling OST for the film which went by various titles, including Les Inassouvies / The Insatiables; De Sade 70; Die Jungfrau und die Peitsche / The Young Girl and the Whip; Philosophy in the Boudoir... from 1968.  Features the inimitable voice of Edda Dell'Orso.  On the jacket verso it says Marquis de Sade's Philosophy in the Boudoir and the label simply states Marquis de Sade's. Truly remarkable and indispensable.  All devotees of Finders Keepers records will have seen their offering of alternate takes.  Here is the real deal.  This is/was my keeper copy.  The LP is top NM, the front-glazed paste-back jacket has some light foxing so Ex. There was obviously some indecision regarding content as there is a paper label carrying corrections pasted over the original track listing -  there are three additional tracks to those originally planned. The original unlined inner bag is Ex+, but the record has been in a lined bag for some years.  Another Nicolai Gemelli up next.

Regular clients will know that I keep my descriptions brief and to the point.  If you are looking, I figure you will know what you are looking at.  I would not presume to condescend nor would I wish to bore you to death.  Used records play-checked on EMT 930/929/TSD15/TMD25 and cleaned when necessary on a Loricraft Pro II.

GRADINGS:

MINT (M): Brand new and unplayed. Perfect, no indications of being handled or played. I only use this grading if I know for sure the record has not been played.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record is virtually flawless, clean and shiny.  Very minor, barely visible innerbag wear may be permitted, but no scratches. The disc should play with no audible noise. Jacket is as close to perfect.

EXCELLENT (EX): Record plays near perfectly, but may have minor paper scuffs that do not interfere with the sound quality. There can possibly be a non-sounding mark or two but nothing that affects play. Record is clean and shiny.  Any issues with the jacket will be minor and described.

Because I have never collected records that are a lower grade than EX, you won’t be finding any for sale here.

I ensure that my records arrive with you in the same lovely condition they leave me, carefully packed in secure professional wraps with sheet polystyrene and cardboard packing.  Shipping costs reflect packaging.  I do not use bits of old cardboard box or those cheap flimsy envelope style mailers. Records are always packed out of their jackets.
