rare German very first press and limited, numbered edition (# M 586) vinyl 8LP box set released 1962 on "TULIP" stereo DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) label with ALLE HERSTELLER and catalognumber SKL-101/8. Yes, vinyl has the 1962 date stamped into the trail-off vinyl... The early-style clothbound box as used only on the very first release (...see 3rd photo) complete with booklet (dated 11/62), insert and all vinyl in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect! Vinyl looks unplayed - earliest and one of the best low number copies I have ever seen in many years of record collecting ... Famous performances by Herbert von Karajan conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra recorded here with true audiophile soundquality. Don't miss this rare early copy in fantastic condition - extremely difficult to find these days even here in Germany. See photos ..
