Dimples/I’m Leaving Mint Condition This rare 1964 promo recording is part of a recently-discovered cache of demos, acetates and other records from the BBC. The A side is John Lee’s seminal R&B hit Dimples with accompaniment by Jimmy Reed’s band. Listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEGJ8XyZw40 Stateside SS297 It is in excellent condition with minor superficial marks to vinyl. The label bears a red A and the stamped release date 29 May 1964. There are written names to both sides. Comes in an original green Columbia sleeve.
