Description
This is a really beautiful copy of a John Lee Hooker LP titled "Burnin'" on Vee Jay Records SR1043, from 1962. Under a bright light, you can see some very fine scratches, but they are not deep and so they are inaudible (you can't hear them). They sound is very dynamic. This is a true stereo copy. You can see the word "Stereophonic" on the cover near the top. Vee Jay used mono labels, as you can see from the photo, but the vinyl plays true (not reprocessed or anything like that) stereo. And the sound is amazing! Nice, quiet lead-in grooves and then pow! John Lee kicks in! The cover still has shrink wrap all around it, though it has come loose. A beautiful copy, with amazing sound from a truly great Blues artist!
