Yes, its an original Black Patti. #8019 Jimmy Wades Orchestra.All that I had is Gone / Original Black Bottom DancePlease see pics regarding condition but visually a V.I believe this is one of three to five in the world of this title. I have only seen one other and it was in terrible condition.This one the labels are beautiful. Record has no cracks andjust a few very small chips on the edge. These are among themost desirable and rarest of the 78's. What a beautiful label.
