Rare artist's private pressing of this electronic text-sound work made to accompany a Super 8 experimental film, with overlapping monologues and quotations, tape-manipulated vocals, weird sound effects and field recordings, heavy use of stereo separation, and geopolitical overtones expressing an anti-US imperialist stance. In addition to Apple herself, performers include Eric Bogosian and Peter Stroud. The front cover art is by the photographer Sandi Fellman and the back cover has photos by Apple. This lp is listed in the Broken Music catalog of artists' record works.

Apple is an American multimedia artist whose work spans performance, installation, photography, books, costume design, sound, and film; an innovator in radio art, she was host of the long-running Los Angeles Public Radio show Soundings, produced the Earjam avant-garde music festival, and was an editor for the art journal High Performance Magazine. •Bogosian is an actor and writer who has worked with Richard Foreman, Liev Schreiber, Oliver Stone, Richard Linklater, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Woody Allen, Robert Altman, Atom Egoyan, and Mike Judge. • This lp should be of interest to fans of Robert Ashley, Fluxus, Yoko Ono, Nam June Paik, George Maciunas, Milan Knizak, Joseph Beuys, Toshi Ichiyanagi, Richard Maxfield, Emmett Williams, Takehisa Kosugi, Walter Marchetti, Jackson Mac Low, William S.
