SLEEVE: Superb..no sign of use...Edges and corners sharp..Beautifully clean...spine lettering lovely and clear: EX+

VINYL: Beautiful!..can't see any signs of play at all.lovely surface sheen on both sides: EX+

LABELS: Perfect...no 'spider lines visible even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many .(This record being a case in point!) I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
