After years of unauthorized versions circulating, in 2012 Jimmy Page released the official version of his soundtrack to the Kenneth Anger film, "Lucifer Rising." Lp copies were offered by direct mail order from his website. For advance subscribers, a limited, hand-numbered edition of 418 copies with cover art variation ( the small numbered edition box on the back cover) was also offered. Of these, a smaller sub-edition ( a limited edition-within-an-edition) of just 93 copies personally hand-signed by Jimmy Page in silver paint-pen, was offered for a steep premium on a lottery basis. Note that there are only 93 copies in existence in this first, premium edition, now long sold out.
