In overall very good condition (as shown on the photos). It does have some marks on the disc surface and signs of use and handling. This is just a visual grading. I have never played it myself (I do not have how) so unfortunately I am unable to tell you how well it plays or not. Please take a look at the pictures for more details and let me know if you have any additional questions.
A beautiful heavy acetate disc from the Town House Studios. Please note that on some releases notes on the web it is mentioned there is a second disc with sides "C and D". I do not know if this exists as I have never seen it. However, this listing is for one record, which includes the titles as seen on the photos and below (sides A and B).
