On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Stu Ball" by Ian Stewart & The Railroaders and is an ORIGINAL UK 1966 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Decca label!!!! The B side is called 'Everywhere I Go' by Bobbie Miller.  PLEASE NOTE - this 45 was actually released with Bobbie Miller as the A Side (which is how it appears in most Record Guides) - but in reality the only interest with this 45 is the B side which features The Rolling Stones!!!!  THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS EASILY THE RAREST ROLLING STONES RELATED SINGLE EVER - AND SIMPLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT SOLD VIRTUALLY NOTHING ON RELEASE - AND WAS IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHY THIS 45 IS SO AMAZINGLY RARE!!!!

BACK IN 1963 THE ROLLING STONES WERE ORIGINALLY A 6 PIECE GROUP - WITH MICK JAGGER, BRIAN JONES, BILL WYMAN, KEITH RICHARD, CHARLIE WATTS & IAN STEWART.  IAN STEWART PLAYED THE PIANO IN THE BAND AT THE TIME.  HOWEVER BEFORE THE ROLLING STONES CUT THEIR FIRST SINGLE - ANDREW OLDHAM (THE BANDS MANAGER) DECIDED THAT IAN STEWART DIDNT 'FIT THE BILL' AND THE BAND WOULD DO FAR BETTER AS A STANDARD 5 PIECE.  SO IAN STEWART WAS DROPPED FROM THE BAND. HOWEVER IN TRUTH - HE REALLY BECAME THE '6TH STONE' - AS HE PLAYED ON MANY OF THE BANDS RECORDINGS THROUGHOUT THE 1960s ONWARDS - AND ALHOUGH 'UNCREDITED' AS A ROLLING STONES BAND MEMBER - HE WAS REALLY A PART OF THE BAND IN ALL BUT NAME ONLY!!!!  IN 1966 HE DECIDED TO TRY HIS HAND AT RELEASING A DISC (WITH THE ROLLING STONES HELP - PERHAPS AS A THANK YOU?) - AND ENTERED 'IBC STUDIOS' ON THE 5TH JANUARY 1966 TO RECORD SOME TRACKS.  THE LINE UP ON THESE TRACKS WERE IAN STEWART (PIANO), BILL WYMAN (FRETLESS BASS), KEITH RICHARD (GUITAR) & TONY MEEHAN (DRUMS).  OBVIOUSLY MICK JAGGER WASNT REQUIRED AS THE TRACKS WAS INSTRUMENTAL ONLY - THOUGH IT IS A COMPLETE MYSTERY WHY CHARLIE WATTS DIDNT PLAY DRUMS ON THIS SESSION.  JUST HOW MANY TRACKS WERE MADE AT THIS SESSION HAS BEEN LOST TO TIME - BUT 1 WAS EVENTUALLY SELECTED FOR RELEASE.  AND THIS WAS THE TRACK 'STU-BALL' AND WAS WRITTEN BY BILL WYMAN & IAN STEWART.   I DONT KNOW IF IT WAS EVER CONSIDERED AS AN 'A-SIDE' - BUT EVENTUALLY IT ENDED UP BEING RELEASED ON THIS 45 AS A B SIDE - BACKING THE A-SIDE OF 'EVERYWHERE I GO' BY BOBBIE MILLER.  BILL WYMAN PRODUCED BOTH TRACKS - AND HE MORE THAN LIKELY FEATURED ON BOTH SIDES.  HOWEVER MOST INTERESTINGLY WAS THE ROLLING STONES INVOLVEMENT ON THE B-SIDE - WHERE BILL WYMAN PRODUCED & PLAYED ON THIS TRACK & IT ALSO FEATURES KEITH RICHARD ON GUITAR!!!!  ON RELEASE IT SOLD VIRTUALLY NOTHING AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  TO DATE - ONLY 2/3 COPIES HAVE EVER TURNED UP FOR SALE - AND THIS HAS TO BE REGARDED AS THE RAREST ROLLING STONES RELATED 45 EVER MADE!!!!  THIS REALLY IS THE ULTIMATE ROLLING STONES COLLECTABLE - AND ONE THAT MUST BE MISSING FROM VIRTUALLY EVERY ROLLING STONES COLLECTION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The record is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 1 MEGA light scuffline, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The single must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Company sleeve which is SUPERB condition!!!!  THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
