Description
Presented here is the insanely rare 1st Issue of the Genesis 2LP set, "Calling All Stations". Issued on Virgin, cat. no. GENLP6. This is of the very first run, with 1/1 stampers. Overall, the set is in EX condition. This rarely ever comes up for sale. The most recent one on "Discogs" (8 weeks ago), sold for £126.
The LP's are EX+ condition, barely played. No marks on any side, not even hairline from what I can see. 4th side is etched with a lovely portrayal of the group. There is a camera flash line on this photo. This is not on the disc itself.
The Inner Sleeves are EX+, very sharp with great print clarity. Lyric inners.
The sleeve is EX, looks as new on all faces of the sleeve. A lovely gloss. There is some moderate wear to the edges, though not intrusive. Has the usual tram lines to title spine, though the print is fully readable.
The Labels are EX, terrific print and sheen. There is some spindle wear as a result of how the labels were pressed, this is NOT through wear.
My LP's are sent in professional mailers, with the records taken out in the inner sleeves and placed next to the outer sleeves to avoid edge cuts in transit.
