About This Record.  This is a rarely spotted copy of an original STEREO white label promo six-eye Columbia records copy of Miles Davis' LP entitled Kind of Blue released in 1959.  Plays OK, but not a keeper copy for most, but this is SERIOUSLY tough to find in promo.  No writing on labels or tears.  FIRST PRESSING MATRIX:

Cover Condition: Good (G) with top and bottom seam split 1/2 from opening edge, and 1/2 of spine is split or rubbed, some corner dings, and a small tear top right on the back cover in the cover slick.

Vinyl Condition: STRONG Very Good Minus (VG-)  Plays mainly VG, but looks G+ to VG- with just lots of light paper marks and light but noticeable scuffs; no skips or sticks or jumps.  No deep scratches.  Still an enjoyable listen.  I just finished listening to it again.

Labels. Excellent Minus (EX-) STEREO Six-Eye Columbia wlp promo Labels. Medium spindle wear; no tears or writing on labels, no DJ markings on labels either!  Please see photos of labels

Inserts: Comes with original plain white (now brown) paper inner sleeve, but new sleeve per below after cleaning.

Packaging.  I clean all vinyl on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original.  I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection.  I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least two insert stiffeners, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
