Great find, four original Atlantic Rhythm & Blues Company sleeves for 78 rpm records (records not included).
Very beautifully designed (can be framed). If you own a nice collection of Atlantic 78s, you can add a lot of value with these sleeves. Sleeves are used, and in great VG+++ condition (see photos). Only one set of four available.
