S or M = Factory Sealed or Mint.
As you should buy a new record in a shop.
M- = Near mint.
Record played a couple of times.
M-- = Well-preserved item.
Record played more times. Occasional very light noises on background.
Cover has light wear, usually more noticeable along the edges.
EX = Excellent.
Record played many times. Some light noises on background.
Cover has wear along the edges and on corners. Presence of ring wear.
VG = Very Good.
Record has light scratches and/or surface noises.
Cover is worn and shows defacement.
G = Very used record.
Scratches and surface noises.
Cover damaged.

PACKAGING
For our shipments, we have personally designed a particularly heavy, resistant and well-conceived box.
Our boxes using a strong "double wave" cardboard, have a weight of no less than 340 grams, and have a conformation that prevent damage content if the box falls on one of its edges/corners.
You will receive your item in exactly the same conditions in which it was stored in our shelves.
Before to ship, we also provide:
- Upkeep service. When necessary, vinyl will be cleaned by a professional machine.
- New innersleeve, for the washed record (old one will be enclosed).
- PVC protection sleeeve. The innersleeve/s and the record will be placed outside the sleeve to prevent seam splits.

HANDLING TIME
Will usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We are based in Italy.
For shipment abroad, we make use of "Poste italiane", the Italian postal services provider.
They offer several ways to ship parcels outside of Italy.
Here below are the cheapest options:
1) "PostaMail":
- suggested for budget items only
- equivalent to foreign "Small Packet"
- without tracking number
- very low delivery: can takes more than ONE MONTH!

- Europe: 5-15 days
- overseas (U.S.A./Canada/Japan/Australia): 6 weeks
2) "PostaPriority":
- as for "PostaMail" but has faster delivery

- overseas (U.S.A./Canada/Japan/Australia): 7-14 days
3) "Registered Letter":
- suggested for expensive items
- receipt to sign (on request only: has an extra cost)
- tracking number

We combine payments for items purchased within 7 days from your first buying.

VALUTAZIONE DELLE CONDIZIONI DEL DISCO
S o M = Sigillato dalla Fabbrica o come nuovo.
M- = Ottime condizioni.
Disco ascoltato solamente una o due volte.
M-- = Ben conservato.
Disco ascoltato più volte, con occasionali e lievi rumori in sottofondo.
Copertina con leggeri segni di usura, solitamente più evidenti lungo i bordi.
EX = Condizioni eccellenti.
Disco ascoltato molte volte, con alcuni rumori in sottofondo.
Copertina con segno di usura ad anello sulla parte anteriore e posteriore in corrispondenza della sagoma del disco (“ring wear”).
Bordi ed angoli leggermente consumati.
VG = Usato.
Disco con costante presenza di rumore di fondo.
Copertina con eventuali pieghe, strappi, macchie e altri segni di deterioramento.
G = Molto usato.
Continua presenza di fruscio e rumori superficiali che disturbano l’ascolto.
Copertina con notevoli segni di logoramento.

CONFEZIONAMENTO DEL DISCO PER LA SPEDIZIONE
Utilizziamo una doppia scatola (una inserita dentro l'altra) in robusto cartone a "doppia onda", del peso di ben 340 grammi.
La speciale conformazione impedisce il danneggiamento del contenuto nel caso la scatola cada su uno dei suoi spigoli.
Riceverete il materiale ordinato esattamente nelle stesse condizioni in cui era conservato nei nostri scaffali.

TEMPI DI PREPARAZIONE PER L'INVIO
Gli oggetti acquistati vengono spediti entro 7 giorni dalla data di ricezione del pagamento.

TARIFFE DI SPEDIZIONE
Le tariffe di spedizione comprendono:
- pulizia e lavaggio del vinile (se necessario)
- busta interna nuova per il vinile lavato (la busta originale verrà comunque allegata)
- busta di plastica trasparente per la protezione della copertina
Il vinile e la busta interna saranno disposti all'esterno della copertina, onde evitare danneggiamenti alla stessa.

METODI DI PAGAMENTO
Online, Banca, Posta.
E' possibile inviare un unico pagamento combinato per gli oggetti acquistati in un periodo di 7 giorni.
Il pagamento deve avvenire in un'unica soluzione.
Gli oggetti verranno inviati con una sola spedizione.
Il materiale viene riservato per 7 giorni.

REGOLE SULLA RESTITUZIONE
Garantiamo sempre la piena soddisfazione per ogni acquisto effettuato.
Nel caso in cui il materiale inviato non corrispondesse alle aspettative, dovrà essere comunicato tempestivamente il motivo del reclamo.
Diverse sono le proposte per trovare una soluzione al problema:
- sostituzione dell'oggetto con altra copia, se disponibile
- restituzione dell'invio, con relativo rimborso delle spese di acquisto
- accredito delle spese di acquisto, nel caso si volesse effettuare un nuovo ordine
- rimborso di una parte delle spese di acquisto, se si decidesse comunque di tenere il materiale, anche se di qualità inferiore alle aspettative
Il materiale deve essere restituito nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato inviato, compresa la busta interna originale e gli eventuali allegati.
Il pacco deve essere confezionato preferibilmente con lo stesso imballo utilizzato per l'invio.
Le spese per la spedizione del reso saranno rimborsate al cliente se ha pagato l'oggetto tramite Paypal ed ha attivato in precedenza il "Servizio di Reso Gratuito Paypal".
Il rimborso delle spese di spedizione sarà corrisposto da Paypal dopo averne fatto richiesta sul loro portale.
