Pittsburgh PA area band that opened for the Rolling Stones in a 1965 concert, recorded a few singles and this one lone album. Later they changed their name to THE SWAMP RATS.

7-day auction - NO RESERVE

Songs:
FIGHT FIRE / GET AWAY GIRL / SHY GIRL / MR. SAD / TWO TYMES TWO / YOU'RE THE ONE / WHAT A SHAME / WHAT YOU'RE DOING / LOVE IS TUFF / JUST A BOY.

LISTEN:
Fantastic Dee-Jays - "Fight Fire" (mp3)

Click the link above to hear an mp3 file of the first song on the album, "Fight Fire."  It is the complete song and has not been electronically altered in any way.  This is how the actual record being auctioned sounds on my USB turntable.  Keep in mind, this is an mp3 file - playing the record on a real stereo will naturally sound even better!!

Vinyl:
6.6 to 6.9 = visually looks VG to strong VG (not quite up to VG+ level)
Shiny heavy weight vinyl with only some light scuff wear.  I played the whole record on my regular stereo turntable and it sounded excellent throughout.  Nice clean sound with some light surface noise audible, but only between songs.
NO skips, warps or other tracking issues.

Cover:
7.8 to 8.0 = strong VG+, close to VG++
Some minor edge wear but NO seam splits.  See the front and back photos - a very nice looking cover

Grading Scale:

Mint (M) - A perfect 10.  No visible or audible defects.
Near Mint (NM) - 9 to 10.  Excellent; very little if any wear.
Very Good++ (VG++) - 8 to 9. Has very minor wear. Will still look and sound excellent.
Very Good+ (VG+) - 7 to 8.  Has minor wear.  Still looks nice - still sounds nice - might have light surface noise in some places.
Very Good (VG) - 6 to 7.  Has moderate wear.  Scuffs/scratches are more noticeable.  Music still sounds fine, but you will also hear background surface noise in places.
Very Good- (VG-) - 5 to 6.  Moderate to heavier wear.  Surface noise throughout, but should not drown out music.  Probably not for serious audiophiles.  More casual listeners might still enjoy, despite the flaws.
Good (G) - 4 to 5.  Heavy wear.  The vinyl and/or cover will have many scuffs, scratches and/or other defects.  Audiophiles should definitely avoid.
