Very nice German pressing with RCA lightning bolt logo.  In Europe, RCA and RCA Victor labels did not contain the “Nipper the Dog” logo.  RCA used the lightning bolt logo on their releases in the fifties and early sixties. The “C” in the catalog number marks it as a German pressing as well.  These were probably made for U.S. military in Germany.  The cover is in English and the label is also in English except for an outside ring of German text.  The words “Manufactured in Germany” is stamped in the matrix.  The beautiful soft laminated cover is a rare “top open.”  The vinyl is very thick and beefy, typical of the German pressings. This is a beautiful must have copy of Elvis' second album release.
