Extremely hard to find even in Japan.
Come in the vinyl cover poly-lined sleeve and innser record sleeve.

(Catalog # EP-1237)
Sleeve is in VG condition.(some bent marks.The poly-lined sleeve has some damages w/torn on the edge.)
Disc is in EX-/EX-(Side A/B) condition.
