This Original Sun record was purchased through The Great Escape located in Nashville, TN on consignment to sell for the wife of Cecil Scaife. Mr. Scaife served as promotional manager at Sun Records while Elvis Presley recorded there in the 1950's. Mr. Scaife obtained this 45 mint unplayed Sun 223 record from Sam Phillips who was the owner of Sun Records during this time period. The record had been stored in the family's safe for many years. Buyer will receive authenticity letter with the purchase of this rare item.

You couldn't have found a nicer copy if you'd walked into Poplar Tunes in July, 1954 to buy one hot off the press - unbelievable!
