This is pressed and released in Japan in 1959 45rpm 7" EP.
Extremely hard to find even in Japan.
Come with the vinyl cover poly-lined sleeve and a insert.

Sleeve is in VG+ condition.(Torn,a tag with tape and writings on the poly-lined sleeve.)
Disc is in EX-/EX-(Side A/B) condition.(A tag on side B label.)
