*I SHIP ALL RECORDS IN APPROPRIATE MAILERS OR BOXES. To me, shipping a record in a bubble mailer or other flexible packaging is completely unacceptable. Corners should be protected. Large lots are also shipped with all vinyl removed from their outer sleeves. Stiffeners are used when necessary to prevent movement in transit.
*All records are shipped with the record & inner sleeve OUTSIDE of the outer sleeve. This prevents damage to the outer sleeve in transit. Of course this does not apply to records that are still factory sealed.
*I do not sell records with moldy sleeves. I do not sell records in water damaged sleeves unless prominently specified in the description. I do not sell records with cigarette smoke odors unless prominently specified in the description.
*All of the photos posted to the listing are of the actual item you will receive. I do not use stock photos or recycled images.
*All records are shipped media mail unless otherwise specified. This can take longer in transit than an item shipped Priority, but it is much cheaper and allows me to offer free shipping.
*If you pay for the Priority Mail upgrade, the item is fully insured against loss or damage in transit. All items over $50 are insured regardless of shipping method.
*I am in Nevada. If you are in the Western time zone and feel the Priority Mail option should be cheaper, contact me before paying. If you are in the Central or Eastern time zones, I actually lose money when the Priority Mail option is chosen on an item over two pounds. I mention this because some may think the upgrade is too expensive.
*MOST IMPORTANTLY.....satisfaction is guaranteed on all items. I am a one man operation and I can make mistakes. Grading a vinyl record can be tricky and flaws can be missed. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. This is my only source of income and my feedback is extremely important to me.
