This superb UK 1st mono pressing dates from initial October 1960 release

It is on the green & gold Columbia label: 33SX 1261


Matrix numbers: XAX 1967-1N & XAX 1968-1N

Stamper codes: 1,3/AT & 1,2/ML

Vinyl weight: 151g


Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.

Complete with original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

A sparkling set with no spindle marks or wear to or around either centre hole.

Disc:

Audio/Visual: NEAR MINT

Played just once or twice, both side of this disc shine 'as new' with just a couple of wispy paper hairlines beneath halogen light.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

Strong, clean & glossy, this heavyweight cover bears just light shelfwear bruising to its lower corners, but no other significant signs of wear.

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT

A few soft storage wrinkles only.


No upgrade necessary.

Complete with original poly-lined inner-sleeve. CONDITIONLabels: NEAR MINTA clean & unworn set bearing no more than 2/3 faint spindle trails around unworn centre holes.DiscVisual: NEAR MINTFactory-fresh deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight. Even close examination directly beneath halogen light reveals nothing more than a few barely visible wispy hairlines & a sparkling rainbow shine.Audio: MINTPlayed once or twice only, the sound is clean & unworn with all the quality & dynamics one would expect of such a disc of this condition.Cover: NEAR MINTA beautifully clean & strong example which retains an unscratched & unworn high-gloss front panel free from any creasing or 'thumbnail' wrinkles. Apart from a tiny rub to the tip of the upper right corner, all are perfectly sharp & square. Both opening edges are in great shape too. The rear panel is perfectly clean & unblemished with just a thread of dried glue from manufacture in the lower left corner. Both seams are smooth & unstressed and the spine clean & perfectly worded.You won't see another as good as this.Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
