Bezahlung

Mögliche Zahlungsmethoden:

Die Bankverbindung und Kontodaten werden in der Ebay - Kaufabwicklung automatisch angezeigt

Die Gutschrift auf mein Konto dauert in der Regel zwischen 2 und 5 Werktagen – je nach Bank

Ist eine Lieferung auf Rechnung oder per Nachnahme möglich?

Nein, ein Versand per Rechnung ist nicht möglich – die Lieferung erfolgt ausschließlich nach Zahlungseingang per Vorkasse-Zahlung

Ein Versand per Nachnahmesendung ist ebenfalls nicht möglich – diese Art des Versands verursacht nur zusätzliche Kosten für den Kunden und dauert sehr lange in der Abwicklung

Preise in EURO und britischen Pfund

Es werden im Shop Artikel sowohl in EURO als auch in britischen Pfund angeboten. Auf Ebay UK in britischen Pfund angebotene Artikel können selbstverständlich auch von Deutschland oder jedem anderen Land aus weltweit erworben werden

Gleichzeitiger Erwerb / Bezahlung von Artikeln in EURO und britischen Pfund

Der GLEICHZEITIGE Erwerb-/Versand von in beiden Währungen angebotenen Artikeln ist natürlich ebenfalls möglich

Leider ist aber momentan noch keine Zusammenfassung, bzw. gemeinsame / gleichzeitige Rechnungsstellung / Zahlungsaufforderung oder Kaufabwicklung in beiden Währungen möglich

Deshalb bekommen Kunden die per PayPal bezahlen möchten leider zwei einzelne Zahlungsaufforderungen / Rechnungen, die bitte auch einzeln bezahlt werden müssen

Das ist technisch leider nicht anders möglich

Die Bezahlung von Zahlungsaufforderungen / Rechnungen in britischen Pfund ist in der Praxis überhaupt kein Problem, da Paypal den zu bezahlenden Pfund Betrag bei der Kaufabwicklung automatisch von britischen Pfund in EURO umrechnet und abbucht

Fall den Fall des Kaufes von Artikeln in zwei verschiedenen Währungen bei gewünschter Banküberweisung bitte nach Kauf des Artikels / Auktionsende unbedingt die Zahlungsaufforderung / Rechnung abwarten. Dort wird auch der Gesamtbetrag in EURO angegeben

Zusätzliche oder gar „versteckte“ Portokosten fallen in keinem Falle an!!

Wohin wird verschickt ?

Es wird grundsätzlich weltweit ohne Ausnahme versendet – die jeweiligen Versandkosten sind für jedes Land in der Artikelbeschreibung abrufbar & beziehen sich grundsätzlich nur auf die Kosten für einen Artikel!

Selbstverständlich lassen sich verschiedene gleichzeitig erworbene Artikel zusammenfassen & ich biete für ausländische Kunden dann eventuell einen Versandkostenrabatt, der im Zweifelsfall bitte per Mail vorab erfragt werden sollte um späteren Unmut zu vermeiden, Danke

Versandmethoden

CD’s DVD's, Videos und 7“ Singles bis zu einem Gesamtwarenwert von 25,- EURO werden per Briefsendung mit der Deutschen Post verschickt

LP, 12“, 10“ Vinyl, Toys, T-Shirts, werden innerhalb Deutschlands grundsätzlich als Paket verschickt

Ebenso werden CDs, DVDs, Videos, 7“ Singles o.ä. mit einem Gesamtwarenwert von über 25,- EURO grundsätzlich als Paket verschickt

Verpackung

- Vinyl wird grundsätzlich in neuen speziellen Versandkartons verschickt; das Cover extra in einer Plastikhülle und getrennt vom Vinyl verpackt

- CDs & DVDs werden in der Regel in gefütterten Luftpolstertaschen versandt – bei größeren Mengen auch in Kartons.

Seht Euch meine Bewertungen an und man erkennt, dass ich in Sachen Verpacken wirklich weiß was ich tue!

Wann wird der Artikel verschickt & werde ich darüber benachrichtigt ?

Verschickt wird in der Regel direkt nach Zahlungseingang – spätestens aber innerhalb eines Werktages

Kann ich den Artikel auch selbst abholen ?

Grundsätzlich ist das kein Problem

Wer hier aus der Gegend kommt, der kann werktags zwischen circa 9.00 und 17.00 Uhr hier den/die Artikel direkt abholen

Der Abholtermin sollte in jedem Fall bitte mindestens einen Tag vorher per Mail oder Telefon ( 05130-790452 )  verbindlich verabredet werden, Danke!!

Wird genau der abgebildete Artikel verkauft?

Ja, das Foto /der Scan wurde in der Regel extra für dieses Angebot gemacht & zeigt tatsächlich immer den individuell zum Verkauf stehenden Artikel – ich verwende grundsätzlich keine „fremden“ Fotos

Bei Neuware kann es sein, dass mehere identische Exemplare vorhanden sind – in diesem Fall verwende ich dasselbe Foto / denselben Scan selbstverständlich mehrfach

Warum gibt es in der Regel kein Tracklisting und wie kann ich genauere Angaben zu den Songs / dem Tracklisting bekommen?

Es fehlt einfach die Zeit um für jeden Artikel jeweils einzelne Tracklistings zu tippen. Sorry

Selbstverständlich maile ich auf Anfrage gerne umgehend einen Scan / Foto des Tracklistings zu

Zustandsbewertungen bei gebrauchten Tonträgern, DVDs, u.ä.

Grundsätzlich orientiere ich mich bei der Zustandsbewertung gebrauchter Tonträger, DVDs, u.ä. am international gültigen anglo - amerikanischen Bewertungssystem - also „Goldmine“ oder „Record Collector“

Vinyl / Disc und Cover - Bewertungssystem (in englisch):

SS/STILL SEALED - the record is still factory sealed and has never been removed from it's sleeve

NM/NEAR MINT - (the highest grade - except for STILL SEALED) vinyl is visually perfect - no scratches or marks at all. Cover is like new

EX+/EXCELLENT PLUS - cover or record has just a few faint paper sleeve marks or completely insignificant hairline scratches that do not affect play at all - visually they should be barely noticeable

EX/EXCELLENT - record has been handled or played carefully, and may have some light paper or spindle marks or other very minor flaws that really shouldn't affect play at all. It will still play clean with very little or no surface noise. Minor signs of wear on the cover - but nothing significant

VG+/VERY GOOD PLUS - record has been played, has some light / hairline-type scratches - but nothing that stands out without close inspection or that can be felt (ie, nothing deep). Really should only be noticed between songs or possibly in very quiet spots and then should not be distracting or continuous. Cover could have light ringwear, small tears , scuffs or small seam splits

VG/VERY GOOD - record has been well played, could have some scratches, perhaps some minor groove wear. There will be some surface noise, occasional clicks or pops - but no skips or jumps. Cover has been well used. Possible tears, seam splits or scuffs

Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Verkäufern vergebe ich nur äußerst selten eine „Mint“-Bewertung. In der Regel sind die Töntäger in einem EX (excellent) bis VG (very good) Zustand

Platten in schlechterem Zustand als VG biete ich normalerweise nicht an

Ich denke, dass ich korrekt & fair bewerte, was sich leicht an meinem bisherigen Ebay-Feedback erkennen lässt:

die Kunden sind durchweg zufrieden und können nachvollziehen wie ich einstufe

Im übrigen bin ich selber nach wie vor Sammler und auch sehr penibel was Zustände von Patten und Covern angeht

Insofern gilt auch hier die goldene Regel: behandele Deinen Kunden genau so, wie Du selber behandelt werden möchtest – dann entsteht kein Ärger

Prices in EURO and british Pounds

The shop offers items in EURO as well as in british Pounds. Items from both Ebay platforms can of course be purchsed from any other country in the world

Concurrent / Simultanious purchase of multiple items in EURO und british Pounds

Worldwide concurrent / simultanious purchase / shipment of multiple items offered in those two different currencies is of course possible as well

All items will be combined and sent together using the cheapest shipping method available!!

Unfortunately at the moment there is no way to combine / summarize the invoices and / or the automatic Ebay checkout proceedure for these two different currencies

That's why customers who purchse items in EURO AND British POUNDS will receive two seperate invoices, that please have to be paid seperately via PayPal as well. Sorry, but there's no other way to technically handle this

De facto this proves to be no problem at all, since PayPal automatically converts and withdraws/debits the requested amount from/to your PayPal account

If you have purchased multiple items in different currencies & live within the EURO CURRENCY ZONE, you may also make a BANK TRANSFER. The bank data will be displayed during the automatic Ebay checkout. This usually takes about 3-7 business days to be credited onto my account

In this case it is essential to PLEASE wait for my invoice first!! This will also contain the total to be transferred in EURO currency

Shippings methods

All international orders are usually shipped with german mail / Deutsche Post

In certain cases it might be safer and/or cheaper to use different shippers to send larger / more expensive orders within the EU zone. This applies ONLY for european orders and buyers will be notified!!

I most certainly DO NOT make any extra money by charging overpriced international shipping rates - please check my feedback!!

Packaging standarts

• Vinyl will be shipped in professional NEW cardboard mailers with extra cardboard stiffeners

• I always remove the vinyl in the dustsleeve from the outer sleeve and put it seperately from the outer sleeve inside the plastic protection sleeve to avoid seam splits. Everything will be shipped in resealable plastc protection sleeves
  

• All CDs & DVDs will be send in new bubble envelopes – larger amounts of CDs & DVDs in cardboard boxes

How quick will the item be shipped and will I get notified once it has been dispatched?

Your purchase will be shipped immediately after your payment has been received – usually the same day or the next business day – the latest

FAQ’s concerning the items on sale

Is the item shown on the picture the actual item for sale?

YES. And I always take / do individual pictures and scans of the actual item on sale. What you see is what you get. I do positively NOT use any external pictures / scans!!

This applies of course not for some NEW items that I have multiple / identical copies of. Naturally the same picture gets used for all other stock copies

Why aren't there usually any tracklistings / song lengths etc. stated and how can I get more information about tracklistings / song lengths etc.?

Basically I usually do not state tracklistings or song lengths as it would just be too time consuming to type tracklistings for each end every single item. Sorry!!

Upon request I gladly mail scans / pictures of the tracklisting

Grading System / How is the condition of used sound carriers, DVDs, etc. graded?

The condition grading system for used sound carriers, DVDs, etc. is based upon the internationally accepted anglo-american grading system provided by „Goldmine“ or „Record Collector“ magazine

Vinyl & Sleeve grading system

Unlike many other sellers I rarely grade a used item as „mint“. Usually the items are in EX (excellent) to VG (very good) condition.

I usually do not sell records in less than VG condition.

I believe that I grade fair & correct as my feedback shows:

customers are satisfied and can deal with my grading system

Last but not least: I'm a collector myself and follow the golden rule: treat your customers as you wish to be treated yourself and there'll be no trouble
