Decca SXL 2215/7
1960 33 1/3 RPM 3 disc LP Box Set release. Original Decca UK stereo first pressing, "edition 1" in the highly regarded SXL series which offered rich audophile quality sound reproduction considered ahead of it's time! The outer box is clean with only slight wear to the edges of the front slick. Print on the spine is a bit faint. The corners are all intact. The original libritto is enclosed. All 3 discs (black label with silver print, "wideband" FFSS silver band above spindle, round groove under label-"grooved" label) are clean, glossy and Near Mint. All discs play clean with only minor surface noise and rich SXL sound. This is an extremely scarce item rarely offered on Ebay-selling for very high sums when it does appear. This is a beautiful copy offered without reserve.
