Bob Dylan Vs. A. J. Weberman LP Record Folkways FB 5322
A. J. Weberman was the self proclaimed leading Dylanolgist who after 3 years of self publicity finally met his idol in 1971.
He became known for his science called "Garbology " in which he went through the subject's trash to gather scraps of evidence to support his theory.
This 33 1/3 LP is the original Folkways Records pressing ( Folkways FB5322 Broadside #12 ) that was released in 1977. It features a telephone conversation between Dylan and Weberman. Folkways released this LP and immediately swift legal action forced the label to withdraw and destroy remaining copies.
This is the legitimate release-There have been bootlegs.
David Peel and band offer up a tribute and a mention of Grace Slick brings on her recording of Father Grace.
Record appears unplayed with no spindle marks , scratches, etc. Has the original 8 page insert in excellent condition. I show only page 1 and 8 to avoid bending the insert. Record labels are black and silver. The LP is housed in original thick card stock sleeve with pasted picture overlay and shows no wear. Email any questions. We ship World Wide.
