Jacket - EX, light corner wear, a bit of wear at record opening. Light wear or minor tearing on bottom seam but no splitting. SEE PHOTOS.

Vinyl - VG+/EX, conservatively. Vinyl is gorgeous and glossy, hardly played. Some light surface marks including some in the run outs but not bad. Played great for me, no issues and excellent sound!
